Privacy Policy

Short version: this site runs HighLevel’s visitor tracking on every page, so HighLevel can tell that the person who filled in the booking form is the person who read the site first. The booking form is hosted by HighLevel too. There is no advertising network here, nothing is sold, and your mobile number is never shared for third-party marketing — but you are not browsing anonymously, and the section below says exactly what that means.

Text messaging (SMS)

Thyra Tech LLC runs one text messaging program, Thyra Tech Inquiry & Scheduling Texts. It sends text messages only to people who check the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on the booking form. Those messages are replies to your inquiry, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and service updates. They are never marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. The full program terms are on the SMS Terms & Conditions page.

What is collected for texting: your mobile phone number, and a record that you gave consent (the date and time you submitted the form and the consent wording you agreed to). It is used only to send the messages described above, to honor STOP and HELP requests, and to keep proof of your consent.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

What this site collects

Two things: what you type into the booking form, and a record of your visit. There is no advertising pixel, no tag manager, and no account system, but browsing this site does create a record — see Analytics and tracking below.

The one place you can hand over information is the booking form in the Find the leak section. That form is not built into this site — it is embedded from HighLevel (also called LeadConnector), the customer-relationship system Thyra Tech runs on. What it asks for is configured there and is typically your name, email address, phone number, and a short description of what you want to improve.

The embedded form is a third party, and it loads late

This is the part worth being precise about. Because the form is embedded from HighLevel rather than served from this domain, opening it means your browser talks directly to HighLevel’s servers. In doing so HighLevel receives your IP address and general information about your browser, and it may set its own cookies or storage inside that embedded frame. That happens under HighLevel’s privacy policy, not this one, because the data goes to them directly rather than passing through this site.

Two things reduce how much that happens:

• The form itself does not load with the page. The booking form is only requested when you scroll far enough that it is about to come into view, or when you arrive by a direct link to it (thyra-tech.com/#talk). That keeps the page light, but it no longer means your browser avoids HighLevel: the tracking script described below contacts them on every page load regardless.
• HighLevel and Cloudflare are the third parties on the site. Every font, image, video, and stylesheet is served from this domain — nothing comes from Google Fonts, a CDN, or any other host. The three third-party scripts are HighLevel’s booking form and tracking script, plus Cloudflare’s Web Analytics beacon.

What it is used for

To reply to you and to get a call on the calendar. Submitting the form creates a contact record in HighLevel and notifies Raynor, who follows up by email, phone, or text. After that it is an ordinary conversation with a person. Your information is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with advertisers.

If you consent to a text message, the terms for that are on the SMS Terms page. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of getting a reply — email or call instead and you will reach the same person.

Who sees it

Only the providers needed to receive your inquiry, reply to it, and keep a record. Each processes your information on Thyra Tech’s instructions and for these purposes only.

No one else receives your information. It is never sold. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How your information is protected

This site is served only over HTTPS, so anything you type into the booking form is encrypted on the way to HighLevel. Your contact record is stored in HighLevel, not on this site, and only Raynor can access it, through a password-protected account. Email notifications stay in a Google Workspace inbox with the same protection. No system is perfectly secure, but these steps limit who can see your information and how it travels.

Analytics and tracking

Every page of this site loads HighLevel’s visitor tracking script from link.msgsndr.com, which then reports what you do to backend.leadconnectorhq.com. It runs as soon as the page loads, on every page including this one, and it is what connects a booking-form submission back to the visit that led to it — so Raynor can tell whether someone found the site through a search, a link, or a campaign before they got in touch.

Every page also loads Cloudflare’s standard Web Analytics beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com, automatically included on sites served through Cloudflare. It measures page performance and traffic without a tracking cookie and without keeping a cross-site visitor ID.

To do that, your browser sends HighLevel your IP address, your browser and device details, the pages you view on this site, and the address of the page that referred you. It sets a cookie in your browser to recognise you as the same visitor across pages and across return visits. All of that is processed under HighLevel’s privacy policy, because the data goes to them directly rather than passing through this site.

This is attribution, not advertising. The data is not used to build an advertising profile, is not shared with an ad network, and is not sold. But it is tracking, and calling it anything softer would be dishonest.

If you would rather not be tracked: any content blocker that blocks link.msgsndr.com or leadconnectorhq.com stops it, and the site works normally without it — nothing on this page depends on the tracker running. You can also email or call using the details at the bottom instead of using the form.

The one thing this site stores in your browser by itself is a single sessionStorage flag remembering that you have seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on reload. It clears when you close the tab and never leaves your device.

Your choices

You can read this entire site without submitting anything. Browsing is still recorded by the tracking script described above; blocking link.msgsndr.com prevents that, and nothing on the site breaks when you do.

If you have already sent an inquiry and want it deleted — from the inbox, from the contact record, or both — email raynor@thyra-tech.com and it will be removed. The one exception is an opt-out record: if you reply STOP to a text, the fact that your number is suppressed has to be kept, or the suppression cannot be honored.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how it is used changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
